they sound good with cds and ipods but not gr8 for bands
man these things are giving me all the problems in the world... i am an engineer with a band that gigs quite consistently... the band owner just got about 8 of these like in march or april... the speakers are working at least 4 days a week... they sound awesome when playing cds or ipods... but otherwise i have all kinds of issues... a bunch of them have xlr connectors stuck in at least of the input channels... the speakers won't let them go... on a few of them within the last 2 weeks, there is a thunderous crackle when i try to adjust the volume... i mean just barely touching it and it blows you away... even if i take the volume all the way down... they keep cutting off too... the band is deaf... and they require crazy loud everything... when the four vocalists sing together with an inkling of power the boxes shut right off... maybe power isn't getting hooked up right but the drum rig is an EV top with 15" QSC sub and hooked up to the same power and it doesn't cut out... and the PA we...
