Great sub for the price!
I have been doing sound for multiple applications for over 20 years. Dont expect this thing to pound like a 15" Cerwin Vega. I put 500watts of clean power to this speaker and i am very satisfied with the output i recieve. Always remember that ALL new speakers need to be " broken in" at a medium or midway volume before using them to their full potential. I would suggest 100 hours of play before "cranking" any speaker. This speaker is compact and lightweight compared to others. Great buy for the money.

For the price it's a hit
Like the other reviews say, for under 100 don't expect arena sound!
It's only a 15 inch and it's not super high power handling HOWEVER for the price it cannot be beat. I hooked it up to about 200-300 watts and played moderate volume rap, rock & dance and I was very impressed. For small outdoor events or medium indoor events, this box will give you the low end your PA may be lacking. It goes perfect with my 12 inch pair of full range PA speakers.
Box has one binding post/banana plugs and two 1/4 jacks on the back. Very lightweight, one person can carry easily.
FYI: higher frequency bass (100Hz - 300Hz) can make this sub "fart" a little bit. Solution: stuff a couple handfulls of poly-fill in the box to dampen the air.
Also check all the screws and hardware- two of the screws holding the sub in my box didn't have their nut-fasteners screwed all the way down on the inside. I took one of the handles out and fixed those two fasteners. You don't want the...
A Big Bang for the Buck!
I ordered this subwoofer at the low price of $116 (after shipping/taxes)... wow! What a steal! This sub really made a difference to the overall sound. I used it a our backyard party and it really sounded excellent. It arrived in perfect condition and earlier than the initial estimated arrival time. Its the perfect sub for a DJ like me (just starting out); will upgrade later but am loving this thing for now! Thanks Amazon!
