Big Speakers, Small Pricetag
I have been using these speakers for over a year now and considering the wear and tear I have subjected them to, they are holding up quite well. They have good sound for size of them. I did need to purchase a large 18" subwoofer later to supplement the bass a bit, but the mids and highs are bright and clear. The units are built well, and are durable considering one of mine sat outside in the daytime and took direct assault from a lawn sprinkler for over 15 minutes. The cabinet was totally soaked, but once everything dried out, you would never know it happened. No rust, no sound differences, no physical deterioration. I eventually replaced the flimsy plastic post holders on the bottom with some inexpensive metal ones of the same size. That made the speakers stop wobbling when on poles. I would recommend these to anyone need some loudspeakers that need to be road-ready but doesn't want to empty their wallets in the process.
