Good Product
Purchased this for my Fog Storm 1700. Came with batteries and worked right out of the box. I tested the max range to be greater than 100 ft.

Surprising range!
I purchased 2 of these for my FS 1700 Chavet smoke machines. They have excellent range and can recieve signal thru drywall, steel garage door but not cement block. I walked 120' away and they worked fine. The handheld remote device is kinda small and both pieces are made of plastic. We'll see how long they last. Good for now though.
Wireless is the way!
Going wireless is far worth it....And product came within days ..even before promised. I would recommend anyone to go wireless
