GVX12 Well Built Cabs! Horrible Highs.
I bought these because I wanted Great looking cabs that were smaller than my 15" 2ways. Well, these fit the bill. Solid build, all screws have stud nuts behind them. Grills are top notch. Look better than my EV Elim's. Power them up and there is a different story. The highs drop out at varying frequencies and sound "reverbish". I play Mariah carey through them because I love her range and I immediately got on the Partsexpress website to order Seleniums to replace these horns. The Horns are 4 bolt onto a 1" flange so you need an adapter. I would pay $149.00 again for these cabs but just factor in replacing some drivers. I'll let you know what happens.
