Excellent Low Priced Stand
I had my doubts about this speaker stand when I pulled it out of the box. It was so light weight that I wasn't sure that it would be able to hold the weight of my speaker. Turns out that this thing can hold quite a bit.
The speaker stand comes preassembled in the box so you don't need to put everything together. I've put together tripods before so I wasn't exactly worried, but it's nice to see that this thing comes together. Wouldn't want my speaker to fall over.
The lightweight element makes me a little worried that this speaker stand may not be able to withstand someone knocking it over. While the speaker that I've put on it was fairly lightweight, I'm not sure that it could take too much of a nudge from somebody at a party. It's got a wide base, but it's not terribly strong.
This speaker stand is a great deal and it's not very expensive. If you're in the market for a speaker stand, you likely won't find one so easy to use and compact. If I need more...

SR750700 Speaker Stand Review
